Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with the following instructions. A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.

1. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of conclusion of the contract.

2. Exercising the right of withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unambiguous statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, although this is not mandatory.

3. Withdrawal period

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

4. Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will make this reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

5. Early expiry of the right of withdrawal (digital services)

In the case of a contract for the provision of services, the right of withdrawal expires if we have fully performed the service and only began performance after you gave your express consent and at the same time confirmed your knowledge that you would lose your right of withdrawal once we had fully performed the contract. As our services are digital and are typically delivered immediately after receipt of payment, you expressly request the immediate commencement of performance with your order and confirm that you will lose your right of withdrawal upon full performance of the service. If you requested immediate commencement and the service has not yet been fully performed, you owe a reasonable amount for the part of the service already provided.
